Sami von Sassenberg is a beautiful 1 year old German Shepherd. Sami came to us from a rural shelter and is adjusting to life in a busy city kennel. While she's a bit shy on the outside with humans, Sami is getting more comfortable with her new surroundings and coming more and more out of her shell each day. She enjoys affection from people she knows, and may give you kisses when you sit with her after her walk. She has exemplary leash manners and walks calmly, both by your side or in a pack of furry friends.  Sami's happiness really comes out during playgroups when she gets to socialize with other dogs and make new friends. You see her instantly light up and become more relaxed, and she even starts running to her humans to show them how much fun she's having.
